Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please take your time to read these Terms for our Services before using the site.

While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that Happy Monday is a growing company and does not have the same return policies that you'll find at Happy Monday Store.

 

Due to complications with international shipping, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns or exchanges of our products. We recommend that you provide a reliable address for delivery and follow your tracking number, as that will assist with letting you know when the package is due to arrive at your residence. We are not responsible for unclaimed items or delivery to an incorrect address.

If you are not able to receive your package at the address given when it is delivered, please note that the delivery service will often leave a note in regards to picking up the item at your local post office within 10 days of the initial delivery to your address. After that 10 days expires, the item is returned to us in Thailand, regardless of your or our choice.

If you wish to resend your order to us, please note we charge $8 USD per item. For instance, two items returned would cost $16 USD, and so forth.

FOR ORDERS TO CANADA:

Due to complications with shipments from Asia, Canada customs clearance may delay the arrival of your order. Please allow 5-16 weeks for delivery. We apologize for the particularly long wait!

Exception:
If the item is defective, we make a mistake with the delivery, you receive the wrong item, etc.
