We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 7-20 business days from the date that it is placed.

Verification Processing Shipping Delivery

 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place an order. Customer will bear all costs due to incorrect addresses.

Processing

Item(s) will be posted through Thailand Post or DHL service with tracking number within 3-7 business days after payment is completed or CLEARED. We will follow the address you enter on the website ONLY. Please make sure the address you give on the website is correct. Estimated delivery time (excluding weekends and holidays):

(1) About 7 to 20 business days to: UK, USA

(2) About 15 to 30 business days to: France, Spain, Greece, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Ireland, Germany, Australia, Canada,

(3) About 15 to 35 business days to: all other countries; *Brazil at least 2 months

(4) Delivery time is estimated and cannot be 100% guaranteed. We have paid all postage before shipping. Besides, seller is not responsible for any possible import taxes nor any other customs duties in your country. 

Holiday Shipping Details and Exceptions

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays), however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process.

Items ordered together may not ship out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay on the Place Your Order page at the time of ordering. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.

Delivery by December 24th does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of happymondaystore.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers).

While this time frame applies to the majority of our offerings, there are some exceptions. Certain large-scale items with indicated extended delivery times (for example, furniture) and other select items are not included. This will be indicated in the copy details of the item.

Unsuccessful Delivery  

1. Cancellation

Please inform us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.
If the order is already shipped, please sign the parcel and refer to our return policy. We won't take any responsibility if customers refuse to sign the parcel.

2. Unsuccessful delivery
Notes concerning packages being returned to us (due to unsuccessful delivery caused by the following reasons):

  ① Incorrect address.
  ② Shipping company couldn't get in touch with the recipient, or the recipient was not at the delivery address.
  ③ Awaiting collection as requested by recipient, but the recipient didn't show up.
  ④ The customs (or we) contacted the recipient, the recipient refused to sign the parcel directly without contacting us first.

Customer is responsible for the shipping fee (10% of the parcel's value, $40 the maximum) if they prefer a refund, or they need to pay extra if they prefer a redeliver.

Customs

 

1. All countries may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) which are set by the destination country.
2. We’re doing everything we can to help customers avoid the tax, and normally there wouldn’t be any.
3. Please email us as soon as possible if the customs contact you.
4. Happy Monday is not responsible for the loss resulting from non-payment of customs or any delays caused by destination customs clearance process.

We do not responsible for the following undelivered issue

1. Shipping address incorrect/unavailable/incomplete
2. Phone number invalid/unavailable
3. Out of the delivery range
